The apartments numbered 4 and 6 are located in a villa in the second row from the sea in the middle of a beautiful garden. Each apartment has its own entrance and privacy. The distance between the villa and the sea is approximately 60 metres. Access to the sea is via a path along the garden of the villa. The villa offers 2 apartments with parking possibility above the villa in a private garage. The terraces of the individual apartments have a breathtaking view of the sea and the majestic Biokovo Mountains. It is a very quiet environment where it is not crowded even in high season. The apartments are air-conditioned and fully equipped, Czech STA - TV, Wi-Fi!

Completely renovated in 2015, the apartment for 6-7 people is spread out over the entire floor of villa number II. From the living room and kitchen there is a beautiful view of the sea and the fishing village of Sumartin on the other side of the bay. The living room with a fully equipped kitchen is furnished in the bright Mediterranean style. The largest of the bedrooms has a double bed and a third single bed, two other bedrooms have a double bed. All rooms are air-conditioned. The apartment has two large bathrooms with shower and separate toilet, and a small laundry room with washing machine. The apartment is surrounded by large terraces, part of which is roofed and part is open. The terraces are furnished with stone tables, teak furniture and barbecue. Plasma / satellite TV with Czech TV, WI-FI. Numerous quiet relaxation areas are ideal to relax. Ideal for larges families or a group of friends. Maximum capacity 7 people plus a child in an infant bed.

This villa includes a 10 x 3 m saltwater swimming pool with counter-current. The water in the pool can be heated, allowing swimming and bathing even in less favourable weather.
